Neuro Linguistic Programming Primer Of Amarantos® PLRT
Like we’ve been discussing, The Amarantos® PLRT stands on the giants of proven modalities. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is our primer.
Definition: NLP is the art and science of using language to consistently achieve specific desired outcomes from the mind.
Or in Layman’s terms
Quite Simply It means Programming the Subconscious mind by speaking in it’s own language!
There are some connections and overlapping topics between NLP and PLRT that can be explored in the context of their integration. Here are a few important topics in NLP that can be relevant to PLRT:
- Language Patterns
- Rapport Building
- Submodalities
- Outcome-Oriented Thinking
- Anchoring
Let’s take a closer look at each one of them and we will elaborate them in the following topics
1. Language Patterns
In PLRT, language patterns and suggestions are utilized to guide clients through their past life experiences that emerge and NLP specialises in placing emphasis on the use of language and its impact on our thoughts and behaviours.
By using specific linguistic techniques, such as
- metaphors,
- presuppositions
- reframing
Amarantos Certified Professional PLR Therapists are able to facilitate the exploration and integration of past life memories more effectively.
2. Rapport Building
During the Amarantos PLR sessions which are not time bound and average around 4 hours per session clients generally encounter a high release of pent emotions and hence it’s imperative for the therapist to have created a safe and trusting environment to counter the vulnerabilities which allows for deeper exploration and expression of past life memories and emotions and long-range healing.
This harmonious connection and understanding between the client and the PLR therapist is technically known as Rapport. Amarantos trained PLR therapists are able to master rapport building which is the fundamental aspect of NLP.
3. Submodalities
Amarantos couldn’t have achieved the track record of 100% healing if not for this concept.
Let’s explore it in details,
So
"Collective Unconscious has a universal language but its fractal— the subconscious mind has an appeal for a particular dialect!"
--Dr Venu Murthy
Like we had discussed about our transitory sensory (memory and retrieval) experience and submodalities refer to the finer distinctions within our sensory experiences, we have the following primary modalities:-
- visual
- auditory
- kinesthetic (feeling)
Assessment of Dominant Sense Helps Us Identify The Appealing Dialect
Submodalities help clients maximise on their healing by identifying with the Sub-personalities that emerge by enhancing the vividness and clarity.
NLP techniques for working with submodalities, such as changing the brightness, size, or distance of visual images, can be applied to enrich the PLRT experience.
So at Amrantos one of the stages is dedicated in help clients discover their dominant sense or submodalitity or dominant sense.
4. Outcome-Oriented Thinking
Failure is never an option for an Amarantos Pro PLR Therapist and hence no stone is left unturned to ensure that the client will be healed irrespective of how acute their pain is and achieve their desired outcomes and goals which is what NLP strives for.
So in one of the stages the “Theme” or the destination is set for what needs to be worked upon and having this clear intention or objective for the session helps the Unconscious reveal the relevant Engram and helps the client navigate their past or future with purpose and direction.
5. Anchoring
One of the important base of eliciting far memories in PLRT is a technique from NLP called Anchoring which involves associating a specific stimulus with a particular emotional state. By establishing anchors related to specific mania or phobia clients can revisit the cause of those experiences.
For example putting all these together in a PLR session at Amarantos, firstly we build the much Rapport with every gesture, do the assessment of dominant sense (VAK) as part of the Submodalities in one of the stages. Post having a detailed understanding of the client’s issue we arrive at the Theme of the session which is what is the Outcome-Oriented Thinking Followed by enhancing that particular of VAK to which the client can resonate with in the induction using the Language pattern and triggering the emergence of an Engram with the help of anchoring technique with a question such as
“Allow your subconscious mind to take you back in time to when you felt totally loved!”
Yes I know it’s all that amazing. And remember that when you see it all being put together in action by an expert in a workshop it would all be so easy. Shall we now continue to learn Hypnosis?
