Techniques From Clinical Hypnosis Used In Amarantos Pro PLRT
So far we have seen how Hypnosis has evolved to support an advanced newage healing modality like Amarantos® Pro PLRT. We also discussed that NLP forms our base and empowers us with:-
- Language Patterns
- Rapport Building
- Submodalities
- Outcome-Oriented Thinking
- Anchoring
Now let’s utilise these to pick up some proven techniques from Hypnosis for delivering impactful PLRT sessions.
Like we had discussed so far, we use the two hypnotic phenomenons, Hyper-Suggestability and Transpersonality in Amarantos PLRT sessions. Following are the practical application of Hypnosis:-
- Induction Techniques
- Deepening Techniques
- Regression Techniques
- Future Progression
1. Induction Techniques
“Induction Induces Trance”
Proven induction techniques are used to guide clients into a hypnotic state. These techniques help relax the mind and create a receptive state for accessing past life memories. Examples of induction techniques include body scan, progressive muscle relaxation, visualization, guided imagery, breathing exercises and the king of them all–Dave Elman.
Hypnotic scripts are carefully crafted to create a safe and supportive environment, establish rapport, and guide the client through the exploration of past life memories. The choice of words, tone, pacing, and storytelling techniques all contribute to the effectiveness of the PLRT session.
2. Deepening Techniques
Once the client is in a hypnotic state, deepening techniques are used to further enhance relaxation and are called so because they help the client access deeper levels of consciousness and increase receptivity to past life memories.
These could be the counting down, staircase visualization, or using calming suggestions to deepen the trance state.
3. Regression Techniques
are an integral part and key component of PLRT, as it allows the client to regress back to the Engram which could be something which happened a few days ago, to something in childhood, or post-natal, birth, pre-natal and maybe something back to the past life experiences.
These techniques involve guiding the client back in time to specific periods, events, or memories from past lives. These techniques can vary and may involve age regression, timeline regression, or specific memory regression. We will explore it in details in the next section.
4. Future Progression
In addition to past life regression, hypnotherapy in PLRT may also include future progression. Future progression involves guiding clients into a hypnotic state where they can explore potential future scenarios, gain insights, and set intentions for their future lives.
Adding to this we also have the PHS, IMR which you can watch and learn practically in the Workshop.
So shall we now explore Regression in detail now?
