Stress will emerge from Stage 6 – History Taking, where the client speaks in free association recollecting their life history. This fatigues their cognition and for you the PLR Therapist as well. Due which your ability to arrive at a “Theme” for the session could be impaired. 

This Cognitive fatigue can be overwhelming, leaving you feeling mentally drained and unfocused. Whether you’ve been working long hours on distilling your client’s core issue during the Stage6 – History Taking or struggling to maintain concentration in identifying the pattern, it’s important to take a break for both of you and recharge your mind and also let your client relax.
